My wife and I recently purchased a new Genesis from Stivers. The process was made super easy and convenient by Michael Bowers. Great communication, via email included videos he sent describing differences of different models as well as making the negotiating process a breeze. When we drove 2.5hrs to test drive the car we already had agreed on pricing so all we needed to do was test drive and sign some paperwork. No time wasting with going back and forth with pricing or calling over managers and all the BS that occurs much of the time during the new car buying process. We simply test drove, signed and drove our new car home. Strongly recommend Michael and Stivers as the process was stress free and easy.
