Disappointed I can't give them a zero. They have had the car for weeks. They never return phone calls. They lie constantly about what needs to be done to the car. Brought the car in because it was stalling and running rough after a software update that they performed They insist it is not the software update but after some research, I have found many car owners are complaining about the same problems after the update. It took them over a week to run a diagnostic. I believe they didn't touch it for days. Will never bring my car there again and will never bring the car in for a recall ever again.

As an avid automotive enthusiast I have purchased some 27 vehicles from various dealers over the course of the years. On my way home, driving by the new dealership, a vehicle caught my eye. The options on the vehicle immediately set off my spidey senses and once home I dug into it a little more. Being after hours I was not expecting a response until the next day. Louis Ukata, not only responded, but continued conversing up until an hour and a half after their closing. The next morning, I levied upon him the task of figuring out a value of a quite unique trade in that every other dealer in town was scared to value, and quickly got a response that was quite acceptable. I came down in person, and within the course of an hour I was leaving with the new vehicle and a full tank of gas! Greatest experience I’ve had at a dealership, thank you once again!

If you are heading to Stivers Hyundai, do yourself a favor and ask for Rico Hurley. He made buying a car the fastest and easiest experience I’ve ever had—I was in and out in just a few hours with a brand-new car! He guided me through a great test drive and was incredibly thorough when explaining all the new features. He even went out of his way to help me return my rental car by holding the keys for the rental company to pick up. Later, when I noticed a tiny scratch on the door handle, I texted him and he had a repair scheduled for me immediately. It’s rare to find a salesman who cares just as much after the sale as he does before. Highly recommend Rico!

If you’re like me, you absolutely dread car shopping, but Chris Benson at Stivers Hyundai made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. He was not only knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and never pushy. He truly wanted the best for us and wanted to make sure the vehicle we purchased was the right fit. You could tell it wasn’t all about the money or commission to him, which made the experience feel genuine and trustworthy. Originally, the sales managers and I couldn’t come to an agreement on a used car they had for sale, so we decided to leave. (Free coffee & popcorn & 2 big screen tv's) Not to mention clean & comfy furniture in the lounge area. It made me feel valued & special!!!
