I purchased my 2023 Hyundai Palisade three years ago this month June. I have taken my vehicle to this dealership for several issues and regular maintenance. I have discussed with the service manager Richard Koellner and the service technicians several (due to the turnover rate) that I have been feeling a shudder (a knocking sound and a jerking feeling) when turning, since around 15,000 miles. I was told that issue would go away around 25,000-35,000 miles mark. Later for the dealership to tell me I needed some type of fluids added to my tires, which didn't help. I have had since had a bracket assembly roll rod and an engine mount replaced. I have been told that I had differential issues that supposedly was fixed. I have spoken to Hyundai Consumer which is like a middle person which was a complete waste of my time. I have meet with the General Manager Cliff Tanner and the Service Manager Richard which we discussed my ongoing issues that have yet to be resolved. I would call the Richard and leave messages to contact me back with the technicians and voicemails no returned call. I have contacted Cliff on a his mobile, instead of him calling me back he would ask Richard to call me back. It has been discovered that I have a transmission issue. That Hyundai has yet to approve. Since I have meet with the two managers the ongoing issue is still going on, to note that I was just at the dealership Thursday June 11, 2026, to speak with Richard and Cliff. Cliff was out of the office, and Richard contacted the Warranty person Marcin Jean, right before I was walked to his office to tell me that Hyundai has not approved for my transmission to be replaced. I left a voicemail message for Cliff on his mobile to call me back and advised that I was at the dealership Thursday and mentioned what Richard and I discussed, when the three of us met, no return call yet. To this date June 17, 2026, my vehicle has been with this dealership since March 17, 2026, no update or contact from the General Manager or the Service Manager. To speak with John Stivers, it's an active of congress so I'm here reach pass the start to have John Stivers the Dealer Principal to contact this 2023 Palisade owner to resolve this major issue. On a better note, Delaney Woodham the Rental Coordinator with all the exhaustion I had to encounter from all my visits.... You Know How to Make a Girl Feel Good, YOU ROCK!!! -Waiting to Exhale

Disappointed I can't give them a zero. They have had the car for weeks. They never return phone calls. They lie constantly about what needs to be done to the car. Brought the car in because it was stalling and running rough after a software update that they performed They insist it is not the software update but after some research, I have found many car owners are complaining about the same problems after the update. It took them over a week to run a diagnostic. I believe they didn't touch it for days. Will never bring my car there again and will never bring the car in for a recall ever again.

Purchased a 2026 Hyundai sonata from boyce Bryant recently. Love my car. He pointed us in the right direction without being pushy. Love that quality in a salesman Thank you Boyce!

The worst dealership I have seen. DO not return phone calls. Walk in the woman that is there to greet you, is playing on the phone. Service Department never return calls. I purchased a new car after having so much trouble with the previous vehicle which was purchased new and was only 18 mos old. When I purchased the current one was in the dealership from 1 pm to 8 pm. They could not get the paper work finish.. PC error, came back the next day. Promise two tanks of fuel for the delays . Go in they denied making that promise. I could go on with the problems at this dealership...Lies.lies.do not return phone calls!. finance, service department.

We had an awesome buying experience at Stivers with Rico as our salesman. We were greeted immediately and shown the car we wanted to buy. Rico was very knowledgeable and friendly during the entire process. Grant in the finance department was friendly and explained all the paperwork. We were handled with care, and the buying process was at a pace that was just right for our needs. Great buying experience.

Me and my wife were looking to purchase our granddaughter her first vehicle . After visiting three dealerships we had made a decision to give her our vehicle. We stopped by the Stivers Hyundai parking lot, and met Thomas Sanchez. We were impressed by his attention to detail, professional demeanor and knowledge of vehicles. Our goal was to look for a vehicle that we thought would be beneficial for her, initially searching without her because of her work hours. Once we saw this vehicle we sat down with Thomas and explained to Thomas that this was a vehicle our granddaughter was solely going to be to purchase on her own. She would go through the entire process herself from start to finish. She got off a little early from work to sign the contract and pay for the car. When we brought her in to dealership Thomas noticed she was a little nervous and excited. This was her first big purchase and it hadn’t really hit her about making this exciting life changing purchase. What amazed me was his insight of how he noticed her excitement and calmed her by expressing he would be there to answer any questions she may have at any time. This was something I truly appreciated. She was guided throughout the whole process. By the time she finished the purchase and keys were given to her she was ecstatic. This interaction resulted in her buying a certified pre-owned 2021 Hyundai Tucson. Mr. Sanchez was absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to help us throughout this process. He didn’t try to push her to get anything different. He was very attentive to us, made sure we had water and were comfortable. I consider him part of our family and look forward to our next purchase Thomas Sanchez should be considered for a sales manager/ training manager position.

I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz sel Online and Shaun Miller the sales consultant was fantastic,very knowledgeable,shot videos, and was just great throughout the whole process.My wife had previously driven a 24’and a 25’ so I have bought online before and not worried. We got a great deal and also helped with helped getting the truck loaded onto the transport and shows us by video. I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Shaun Miller.

Purchased new Santa Fe 9/24. It was delivered with residue on the hood and small scratches on the door, which we had to pay to have removed since we live 150 miles away. We also had to buy window washer fluid as it was very low (1.5 gallons low). Nolan assured us on video that the vehicle was detailed and ready. On the plus side they did deliver it to me.

I popped in expecting to make an appointment for oil change, etc and Todd said they could do it right then! I was out in less time than it took to check through emails 😄 and Todd was super courteous. I really appreciate all the folks at Stivers and I just like going there!❤️

During a replacement of an engine due to warranty, it was suggested I needed brakes and transmission and brake fluid, I refused the brakes but at 5:45 on 3/12/24 I agreed to fluid, I called 3 reputable automotive businesses in Camden at 8 am on 3/13/24. I was told this was not necessary and at 8:45 that very morning I left word with service not to replace fluid. He was off for the day and called me on 3/14 to say work had been done despite my phone call, I would be charged the $550. I felt this was wrong and asked to pay only for fluid, no labor. He refused. On picking up car on 3/18 we asked to see work sheet for time and day fluid was replaced. He could not produce the document with this information. Needless to say, I paid the total of $550.40 but never again would I be a customer there and would advise anyone else to think twice.

On 3/18/23 I had the pleasure to buy my third Hyundai this was a Tuscon SEL. When I got to the dealership Chris met me at the door and listened to every word I said about my wants in a new car. He went on the lot and got me the exact car I was looking for a 2023 Tuscon SEL in Blue. Over the next couple of hours, he stayed with us until we went to finance and met Chris and Ziva. They were honest and upfront and we left a vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford. Over the past year, Chris moved to express care and again he takes care of my Tuscon like it's his own. We would recommend Stivers Hyundai to anyone.

The service writer Chris was very helpful and polite. He let me know everything that was going on with my car and at the end he advised me that everything was done and checked, and all the paperwork was filled out great so I could read it and understand it.

I have been very pleased with the dealership. recently I had an oil change and my person there Todd was awesome he kept checking on me. Each visit has been a great experience
