I brought a new Hyundai Tucson Limited yesterday and I love it. I haven’t brought a vehicle in 10 yrs because I hated the car buying experience at dealerships. Thomas Sanchez had totally changed my opinion of that now. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle, was patient about my questions. I just recently bought a 2025 Sante Fe Hybrid Limited. The entire staff was fabulous! I work nights and Ashley personally responded to an inquiry I left at 1:30am, wow, I didn’t expect that! Our daughter has been looking for a newer car. We corresponded with Thomas Sanchez of Stivers Hyundai and came to an agreement about pricing and all the details regarding the purchase of an Elantra N. Thomas was fair and thorough and we made the decision to buy a car from him. Bought a car from Stivers a week ago and I couldn’t be happier. This dealership is very transparent and down to earth. My salesman was Thomas Sanchez. He was absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to help me throughout this process. I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted, he didn’t try to push me to get anything different. He was very attentive to us, made sure we had water and were comfortable. I would drive back to Columbia just to buy a car from him in the future. Everyone I interacted with during the buying process was amazing. They did everything they could to help me get the monthly payment I wanted. I’ve had bad experiences buying from dealerships in the past, but not here. I would give Stiver 6 stars if I could.

The entire experience, from start to finish, was outstanding. Every question was answered with no hesitation from any ok the employees. Our salesperson, Thomas, was amazing. I have to compliment the staff at Express Service. Rishad Moody was my service advisor and caught that when I purchased my vehicle (from a different dealership) that the pre-paid maintenance I chose and complimentary maintenance from Hyundai were overlapping. After he made me aware, I was able to contact the original dealership and straighten things out. I truly appreciate him notifying me so that I could get it corrected before I ran into any troubles down the road. Also, the gasket on my oil pan had begun to leak. Thomas Knight was the technician servicing my vehicle and he had Rishad walk me back so I could see the leak myself and get that repair scheduled. The repair was under warranty, so they didn't have to take the time to show me, but I truly appreciate that they wanted me to see and understand what was going on with my vehicle. I certainly felt well taken care of and look forward to future care at this dealership.

There is not enough space to write about my wonderful experience purchasing a 2024 Santa Cruz at Stivers Hyundai. Thomas Sanchez was very professional. He asked questions, REALLY listened to my answers, and showed me models that would fit my needs. Zena in financing was also very thorough and efficient - in and out of financing in less than 30 minutes. And while I was in financing Thomas was transferring my seat covers and other items from my old vehicle to my new one. There wasn’t a single wasted moment, but at the same time I never felt rushed. This was honestly my most streamlined and least stressful car purchase ever.

Was a great experience. Honestly was our first stop of the day. We loved the Tucson but wanted my wife to be able to see a few different options. They let us leave and didn’t hassle us about staying. But made sure we knew they would be waiting. Really made a difference in not leaving on a bad and ultimately was a big deal coming back. Thomas was very helpful and knowledgeable. Really the people inside were the reason we bought a Hyundai today.
