Each time I phoned, he had new information, so I knew a lot about the car before it even arrived. Then he sent me a video right after it rolled off the truck; he sounded almost as excited as I was. Paper work and pickup at the dealership went very smoothly, and also a beautiful new building, a relaxing place to do the business of buying a car, which would not normally be a relaxing experience. Shaun explained and demonstrated everything about my new car, and there is A LOT! I may not remember all the details, because there are so many. But I will remember that he covered it and find it more easily in the manual or feel comfortable calling him for new questions.
