There is a $999 mandatory resistall treatment, but besides that there are no addendums or markups. That ceramic treatment actually seems to work; bugs not really sticking [EDIT: this didn't last]. You still have to play the game, but this is head and shoulders better than any other Hyundai dealer I dealt with. Ask for Ray as your salesman. No pressure. Cool guy

It was time to turn in my 2020 Santa Fe and I was worried that it may not go well for me! I called service and talked to Austin about the service needed on my vehicle! I just Bought My 2024 Santa Cruz from Stivers. From the moment We Walked in Ray Smiled & Greeted us and Let us Know if He Could Help us With Anything to Please Let Him Know. We like that since We were Just Browsing. When We saw the Color of The Vehicle outside We Went Back in and Asked if We could take it For a Test Drive & We Loved it. He was Explaining all of the Features During the Ride and that Was a Key For Us. When We got back to the Showroom We Sat Down with Him and He Made Everything go Smoothly and We Knew We Were going to Buy The Car After That.
