For the past 2 weeks I have been to over 6 dealerships. Walked into Stivers Hyundai and Julio M. greeted me and went to work. He made sure ALL of my needs were met from start to end. Everyone was patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and supportive. Very friendly, inviting, none pushy staff. I felt my best interest was in the eyes of everyone there. Clint in finance made sure my deal was the deal for me. This was by far the easiest decision I made in buying a vehicle. I got the Tucson Hybrid 2022 very nice vehicle with alot of features the only draw back is that it no spear tire probably because I am used to a spear.

Went in just to look at a few cars. Went home with a new car. Great to work with. No hard sell. We threw in a few loan contingencies and not only were they flexible but got us a loan below our Credit Union rate. Nothing but the best to say for Carl and Louis on the sales side. We had a great experience yesterday. Julio was amazing! We went to just look at a car but after going on a test drive and reviewing all of the great warranties and services with Hyundai we ended up buying. My husband and I had the best experience at this dealership the moment we walked in! We didn’t have an appointment but were instantly greeted and paired up with a salesman named Louis Roth. We was wonderful to work with! No pressure, extremely knowledgeable, not pushy and overbearing. We had been to previous dealerships and felt lied to and just taken advantage of. This experience at Stivers was a completely different experience. So much that I bought a newer vehicle than I thought I could afford and am the proud owner of a beautiful 2022 Hyundai Venue. The finance office is amazing as well. Very fast, in and out in less than 30 minutes and Clint was so in formative of your options and never felt any dishonesty. Great guy! This weekend I bought an Elantra Hybrid from Stivers. Chris Benson helped me along with the process in a way that made it flow easily. He answered all my questions and more. If this was a 10-Star option, I would choose it. The customer service is exceptional with an honorable mention of Thomas Sanchez. He is the main show of this experience. I can say he definitely wasn’t beating any other companies just himself alone. He is the reason I decided to purchase! Unbeatable PRICES! Clint also was amazing in all he does and very knowledgeable. Definitely felt at home. I wish I could come hang out with the guys lol

I just Bought My 2024 Santa Cruz from Stivers. From the moment We Walked in Ray Smiled & Greeted us and Let us Know if He Could Help us With Anything to Please Let Him Know. We like that since We were Just Browsing. When We saw the Color of The Vehicle outside We Went Back in and Asked if We could take it For a Test Drive & We Loved it. He was Explaining all of the Features During the Ride and that Was a Key For Us. When We got back to the Showroom We Sat Down with Him and He Made Everything go Smoothly and We Knew We Were going to Buy The Car After That. If all of Your Salespeople are Like That You Will Sell Alot More Vehicles. Thanks Ray for Everything and We Would Also Like to Thank Clint for the Financing Side of the Deal. This is our 2nd Vehicle from Stivers and I don't think it will be Our Last.

Everyone that we dealt with at Stivers Hyundai went above and beyond to find a solution to my situation the day that we visited. We took my Sonata in to get some work done. It turned out that there was more issues with my car than I thought and it was going to be really expensive to fix and more work than that car was worth. Channon in the service department was great and they worked to try to get me a more affordable price. I decided to look into just trading it in for something else. Joya in sales and Clint in finance worked together to get me into something new and worked hard to get it financed to fit my financial needs. They made me feel like they really cared and didn’t give up to help me drive out of there in my 2022 Kona. I love it so much and I’m so thankful to everyone here. Joya is also a really fun person to deal with. We had a great time cutting up and talking to her. I was very pleased with the service I received and my visit to Stiver’s Hyundai!

We just purchased our Genesis GV70 yesterday. Joe Delmege in sales helped us to narrow down the best fit for us. He was responsive, answered all of our questions and stayed in touch - he was great to work with! The color combination I really wanted wasn’t in stock at first, but he checked and it was in the following week. The whole process was very smooth and low-key. Clint in finance was very helpful too!

This really says a lot as I generally buy a new car every year. Von listened to my needs, wants, and didn't play games. Von kept his word and did what he said he would do and found me exactly what I wanted for less than I expected. Clint was quick yet efficient.
