We would like to congratulate the entire Stivers staff for a wonderful job. While recognizing the people we interacted with were only a small portion of your whole team, they obviously represent the values of the team. From our first telephone call to Mario Griffin, to our arrival via JT Towing and meeting Mario in person as well as Cliff Tanner, Key Little, Jimmy Kemp, Shane Whitehead, Juwan Englum, and Paul Vaugn, we realized we were in good hands. Thank you to Matt Salters for his tremendous efforts in finding an engine for us and having it picked up at a great distance. Our timing, and particular problems due to our travel schedule and being so far from our home in Ottawa, ON, Canada increased our considerable stress. We talked about our unique situation, timing, etc. and everyone bent over backwards to help us, from quickly assessing the problem, finding a solution, finding a rental car in a very tight supply situation, driving us to pick the rental up, to keeping the garage open and finally helping us transfer our baggage after hours. We were in multiple daily contacts (telephone calls, texts, emails) with Paul Vaugn who did a tremendous job keeping us informed and guiding us. Our family has owned nearly a dozen Hyundai products (including an October 1983 Pony). If we lived nearby, we certainly know where we would buy and have our vehicles serviced! Thank you so much! This was the first time I took my G90 to this dealership for service. Matt was very attentive and thorough. I will be back!

A big 'thank you to everyone at Stivers Hyundai. Our Sonata failed (a sensor) and left us out in rural S.C. ...A phone call to Stivers, and the towing company got us back to Columbia, repairs done and on our way once again. A special thanks to Kelley and Matt in service for their assistance, and to the technicians diagnosing the problem and doing the repairs. The repair quote was exact and no add.ons. Thank you. P.S. Thanks for the shuttle at 4PM to our overnight motel stay also.
