This is by far the best dealership that I've been too. I drive an hour just to to this one. Best customer service and they get you in and out: if you need something for your vehicle they call and let you know before doing anything. Rishad was great at my last service. I have to compliment the staff at Express Service. Rishad Moody was my service advisor and caught that when I purchased my vehicle (from a different dealership) that the pre-paid maintenance I chose and complimentary maintenance from Hyundai were overlapping. After he made me aware, I was able to contact the original dealership and straighten things out. I truly appreciate him notifying me so that I could get it corrected before I ran into any troubles down the road. Also, the gasket on my oil pan had begun to leak. Thomas Knight was the technician servicing my vehicle and he had Rishad walk me back so I could see the leak myself and get that repair scheduled. The repair was under warranty, so they didn't have to take the time to show me, but I truly appreciate that they wanted me to see and understand what was going on with my vehicle. I certainly felt well taken care of and look forward to future care at this dealership.

My recent visit to Stivers could have been a negative experience because the oil change, updates and recalls took approximately 3 hours. However, Julio took care of us and ensured that we had everything that we needed.

Recently had my Genesis "Storm" as I affectionately named her, in for service. From the moment the service gates opened, I was treated like I was the only person there. My loaner vehicle was gassed and ready for me, I had no actual wait time. I was called or texted every day with updates and when I returned to pick up Storm, Julio was waiting for me with a smile and keys in hand. He took time explaining every detail of my service. I was truly impressed by his professional service as I had such an horrific experience at Stivers on Clemson Road. I vowed that I would not return but I love the Genesis vehicles so I stepped out on faith. Believe me when I say Michael Bowers, the finance team and now Julio in service has changed my prospective of Stivers, 360 degrees. I will share my experiences with others and I will return for another sale in the future ...right now I'm loving my Storm

Very rarely, do you find professionalism throughout a dealership. Today, I purchased my 12th vehicle, and it was without a doubt the smoothest auto transaction I have ever made. Julio Merz is a consummate professional. From the time I met him until the end of the transaction he was fabulous, knowledgeable, devoted to his trade and caring toward the person sitting across the desk from him. Normally, I do not purchase the extended warranties but today because of the feeling I received from both these gentlemen, I broke tradition and purchased the wrap around insurance which was a 1st for me. These two men earned the business both from a sales perspective and a finance perspective. These are valuable men which I am sure you probably already know.
