I took my Santa Fe in for scheduled maintenance. My advisor was Channon Boone - he did a great job taking care of me. He listened to my concerns and kept me advised throughout the process. My car was completed in less than an hour - a thoroughly pleasant experience.

I think I stick with this dealership mostly because of Service people like Joey. If he left, I might switch dealer or buy another brand of car.

Joey Pouge has been my point of contact for both of my vehicles - he gets me in and out, no hidden surprises keeps me informed and updated if my service is delayed. Outstanding Service! Another Hyundai dealership in Columbia said it would take 10+ business days to diagnose and possibly repair my 2022 Tucson. Stivers in 1 day diagnosed and replaced faulty part. Todd and Joey made sure to answer our emergency inquiries after breaking down on road. We received outstanding service from Stivers. All our Hyundai vehicles will be serviced at Stivers from now on.

Did a drop off 11 Dec 2023. Told them what was needed done to Service Advisor Joey Pouge. Their valet service home and back was spectacular. Upon returning to the dealership was greeted by Mr Pouge and briefed on the services and future maintenance for my 2010 Genesis. As to this day no issues everything done exceptionally well. All was done in a timely manner.

Brought my 2020 Genesis G80 Sport 3.3T AWD sedan in for 36,000 mile maintenance, and my service advisor, Joey Goess, was both professional and helpful in explaining what they were going to do and when it would be finished. I found the communication effective, and my car was completed by the time promised. I’ll definitely go back because of this positive experience.

This is my second scheduled maintenance with my '23 Genesis. Both great experiences. Joey was my service advisor and took care to check in with updates and to check if there was anything he could do for me while I waited. So far, first class support and service from Stivers.

My transmission went out on a trip to Charleston, sc for a cruise 2 sunday’s ago. I had my car towed there Sunday night and they didn't get a new transmission in until that Thursday, but with Joey and his team’s hard work they had my vehicle ready by Saturday morning when I got back from my cruise and I was able to drive home stress free. I would highly recommend them.
