I took my Santa Fe in for scheduled maintenance. My advisor was Channon Boone - he did a great job taking care of me. He listened to my concerns and kept me advised throughout the process. My car was completed in less than an hour - a thoroughly pleasant experience.

Outstanding Service! Another Hyundai dealership in Columbia said it would take 10+ business days to diagnose and possibly repair my 2022 Tucson. Stivers in 1 day diagnosed and replaced faulty part. Todd and Joey made sure to answer our emergency inquiries after breaking down on road. We received outstanding service from Stivers. All our Hyundai vehicles will be serviced at Stivers from now on.

Did a drop off 11 Dec 2023. Told them what was needed done to Service Advisor Joey Pouge. Their valet service home and back was spectacular. Upon returning to the dealership was greeted by Mr Pouge and briefed on the services and future maintenance for my 2010 Genesis. As to this day no issues everything done exceptionally well. All was done in a timely manner.
