Ike Ukata

An impromptu visit to the Genesis sales floor found me chatting with Ike Ukata about the showroom's Genesis gv70. I enjoyed the experience so much that I left with the car. The entire Stivers team was attentive without being aggressive and I would rate the experience as exceeding expectations! I do want to add, the only reason I went to the showroom was the service department. The ability to actually reach them by phone and schedule maintenance for my Sonata (unlike other dealerships) drove the visit.

Everyone there is very nice and helpful, Mr. Ike Ukata and Mr. Tanner were such a blessing. They made my experience purchasing my first vehicle super easy and were never pushy about anything.

He actually stayed 2+ hrs after closing time as I was dealing with the Finance Dept., Who actually Saved me $$. It is said, it's always the Finance Dept. is the one that tries to really get into your pocket!! Not here, they actually gave me extended Warrenties that come with the 2022 Tuscan and Saved me $$ !! Ike stayed to make sure I knew how to work all the new bells and whistles. I traded in a 2009 Tuscan, purchased new and they gave me a great trade value. I am thrilled with my New Hyundai Tuscan SEL FWD, I absolutely LOVE it !! If you are looking for a New /Used vehicle, I highly recommend this Dealership and ask for Ike !! I drove 150 miles, @ 3 hrs travel each way. I could have went to a closer dealership but got a great vibe with them, just "chatting" the day before. Good experience with salesman Mr IKE

I live in Greenville and started asking for online quotes from local dealers. A few salespeople followed up, but they kept cycling back with questions for me. The process was tiresome and going nowhere. Then, I reached out to Ike Ukata at Stivers. He responded in mere seconds to all of my various questions and requests for multiple quotes. In fact, he sent me a video of the car I was considering without being prompted. And, he provided OUT THE DOOR PRICING. No games. No "You need to come in before I give you a quote" nonsense. He also put me in touch with Zeena in finance, who was incredibly knowledgable, patient and thorough. I did not want to drive 1.5 hours and have surprises. But, because of Ike and Zeena, I drove the extra miles, purchased a new car exactly as expected, and could not be happier. If their service department is as good as Ike and Zeena, I may go there for service!
