On 7/18/24, I called Stivers Hyundai because my car was not unlocking. The service technician Gabriel was not only polite, professional, helpful and understanding, but had my car running within minutes of arriving at my house. Once he diagnosed the problem, he went back to the dealership got the part we needed and had the car running within minutes. My experience at Stivers Hyundai on Farrow Rd, Columbia was very good. I was greeted in the parking lot by Service Advisor, Gabriel Lantigu, where he mentioned my 10 AM appointment, the service I was having done, and answered a couple of questions I had. As I sat down in their spacious and comfortable waiting room, I received a friendly text from Gabriel stating he was available to answer any questions or assist me while I was waiting. The appointment was for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection, which took an hour, longer than I was expecting, but I wasn't in a rush, so it wasn't an issue. When the service was completed, it was reviewed with me. Again, a good service experience with neat/clean and comfortable surroundings, soft seating, tables, refreshment station, ladies room was neat & clean, friendly employees, and a complimentary car wash! I will definitely return for future service.
