Carl in service got it situated quickly and proved that the crew had a wealth of knowledge on how to identify a problem that wasn’t a simple fix. Warranty covered me. Additionally, it was even easier because Delaney in the loan department hooked me up with another car for me to drive while my car was getting serviced. This isn’t a bunk car dealership, they take pride in what they do. Other dealerships in the capital city do NOT honor Genesis warranty. Stivers honors Genesis warranty. Don’t get burned by AutoNation Hyundai + etc.
