Stivers Hyundai is far superior over Peackock Hyundai…by a mile. Austin was so stellar in helping get my car looked at, parts ordered, and replaced in a very quick amount of time! He is extremely patient and super kind. After the massive headache the other dealership gave me on multiple occasions, we will certainly never go elsewhere. Give Austin a raise!

Air Conditioning problem with my 2014 Hyundai Sonata. Problem was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. The service adviser, Austin Cartelli, was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the repair process.
Stivers was able to get me in fairly quickly to get my car worked on! I dealt with Austin in the service department the whole time and he kept me updated about the car the entire time it was there! He was very honest and professional about working with me and my car. I think i’ll continue to come the 2 hours for me to bypass the Hyuandai dealership closer to home
Was confused at first with a line of cars outside the bay doors. Once Austin came out and met me, I realized they were all empty. Issue was identified and communicated quickly. Extra part needed to be ordered which was my own fault thinking I had the additional one in the vehicle already. Austin was honest and not pushy with service. Car was dropped off Tuesday and was notified that extra part had arrived Wednesday. Tried to contact dealer 3x for update on Thursday. Eventually was told Austin was OoO and by the time, I got a hold of another advisor, it was too late in the day to resolve anything. Austin did contact me first thing Friday and unfortunately due to unforeseen staffing issues in the garage, work was not completed until EOD. Austin and staff were polite and accommodating in getting me transit from dealer on Tuesday and to dealer on Friday despite it being past EOD and transaction was finalized quickly, friendly and professional. Client lounge and provided snacks were nice on site as well and open view to service bays was a nice dose of transparency.
The service department did great with finding out the issue with my car and and getting it fixed for me. My service advisor was Austin and he was very respectful, knowledgeable, and made sure to keep me updated on my vehicle's timeline while they had it.

Stivers service Department was fantastic! Our 2013 Hyundai Sonata had an engine failure due to a manufacturer defect. Austin was so helpful and efficient in getting all of the recall and warranty information put together. Within a day of diagnosis of the problem, they had provided a rental car. The entire repair was complete in 8 days from the time car was brought to Stivers! Austin and his team made a difficult situation easy! I would highly recommend their Service Department!
Austin was excellent to work with. He didn't treat me like a woman who has no clue about cars. He listened to what my issue was but they couldn't recreate the issue. He gave a recommendation to change the clutch fluid. It is a good place to start. The "other" Hyundai location kept telling me it was the floor mat. That had been in there for two years. Humored them and removed floor mat to no avail.

My first visit. Brought in my Granddaughters car for service. They found and fixed 4 recalls. One fixing the drivers air bag, which another garage told us was too expensive to fix. it was a recall. Austin kept me informed thru the process. They had to order some parts and I will gladly go back. I feel a lot better about the condition of my Granddaughter's car. I’ve went in for a couple warranty repairs on my 2021 Hyundai Elantra (which btw is a great car and even better warranty. Each time, Austin was my service advisor. And he’s been awesome each time. He tells me step by step what’s going on, texts me with any added info, and even asks about family and life in general. Great place overall!
