Hyundai Elantra Trims
The 2025 Hyundai Elantra is available in five trim levels: SE, SEL Sport, SEL Convenience, N Line, and Limited. All trims except the N Line come with a capable 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces up to 147 horsepower and 132 pound-feet of torque. It's paired with a smooth Smartstream Intelligent Variable Transmission and comes with front-wheel drive. If high performance is your priority, you can opt for the N Line's turbocharged 1.6-liter engine, which generates up to 201 horsepower and 195 pound-feet of torque, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

SE Trim
The standard Elantra trim has all the basic features you need, including a set of 15-inch alloy wheels, a height-adjustable driver's seat, and LED headlights. You can access most of the vehicle's functions via the 8-inch touch-screen interface, and connecting your smartphone is quick and easy via wireless Android Auto or Apple CarPlay. It also comes with USB ports for the rear seats and an enhanced voice recognition system that lets you control various systems without taking your eyes off the road.
SEL Sport
The first of Hyundai Elantra's optional trims adds more convenient and useful features while also upgrading some existing ones. Equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels, the SEL Sport's other highlights include a keyless entry and push-button start function, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. It also adds new tech features, such as a wireless smartphone charging pad.
SEL Convenience
This trim adds its own updates and new features. This includes a bigger 10.25-in touch screen with navigation, a power sunroof, heated side mirrors, and heated front seats. You and your passengers will also enjoy the convenience of a 60/40-split folding rear seatback with armrests and cupholders.
N Line
The performance-oriented N Line trim gets many design updates to match its upgraded powertrain. They include 18-inch alloy wheels, distinctly designed front and rear fascia, a dual-tip exhaust system, and black window trim and mirrors. On the inside, you'll notice the steering wheel-mounted paddle gear shifters, sport-oriented front seats, and aluminum pedals.
Limited
The best-equipped Elantra builds on the SEL trims, adding even more style and convenience features. The seats are covered in synthetic leather upholstery, and the driver's seat is now power-adjustable. Also, the standard six-speaker sound system is replaced with a crisp Bose premium audio system.
Excellent Interior Comfort
Sedan drivers expect their vehicles to provide a high level of comfort, and the Hyundai Elantra certainly doesn't disappoint. It all starts with a smooth ride, and the Elantra's suspension system is smartly tuned to find the ideal balance between canceling out minor road bumps while also being firm enough when cornering. The soft and well-padded seats also contribute to your driving experience, while the easy-to-use climate control system will make it easy to find your ideal cabin temperature.
The interior is spacious and provides plenty of visibility for you and your passengers. You can adjust the driver's seat to your perfect driving position, and the back seats can easily accommodate fully grown adults. There's also enough room in the trunk for everyone's luggage. The Elantra's 14.2 cubic feet of cargo volume is above average for a compact sedan, and the rear seats can fold flat to create even more space.
Fuel Efficiency and Performance
The two Elantra engine options cover both drivers who want high performance and those who prefer great fuel efficiency. The standard 2.0-liter accelerates the Elantra from zero to 60 mph in about 9.4 seconds. This isn't particularly quick, but the engine more than makes up for it in fuel efficiency. It has a combined fuel efficiency of 34 mpg, making it an excellent choice if you want to save on fuel.
The upgraded turbocharged 1.6-liter engine only needs as little as 4.8 seconds to go from a standstill to 60 mph. It does so without sacrificing too much fuel efficiency, as it still gets a combined 31 mpg.

No modern vehicle is complete without a long list of advanced driver-assistance technologies to help you navigate through challenging road situations. Most of the Elantra's safety features are available even in the standard trim. They include:
- Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist: This system warns you if it detects an imminent frontal collision and even applies the brakes automatically if it doesn't sense any input from you.
