Disappointed I can't give them a zero. They have had the car for weeks. They never return phone calls. They lie constantly about what needs to be done to the car. Had a 9 am appointment to have my wife’s vehicle serviced and warranty work done. The vehicle was taken back at 9:40am. They worked of the vehicle for 2 hours while I waited. I came in this evening for an oil change and mentioned that my back right tire had been slowly losing air. Emmanuel, the technician, quickly found the nail in my tire and explained why it couldn’t be safely patched.
