I had to travel from Charleston South Carolina to get my electric vehicle serviced, and was not expecting anything more than about an hour long stay. There was a recall, so I had to stay for five hours. Channon was my service rep, and he was very friendly and accommodating. He even helped arrange a ride to the local mall so I can watch a movie rather than waiting around all day. A very friendly group, a really nice facility, and the service was beyond my expectations.
In the past I have had a bad experience at Stivers Hyundai's old location. I found the service personnel to be rude. My latest experience at the new location was much better. I was particularly impressed with service representative Channon Boone.I consented to have additional work performed on my Genesis beyond the recall notice. I do not normally have service work done at a dealership because of high prices. Mr. Boone quoted me very fair prices and I allowed Stivers to do the work. All work was performed professionally and I was treated well by everyone I came in contact with.

Great experience everytime I go for an oil change. My service tech is Channon he makes sure that I'm well taken care of and that all my questions are answered. He's very friendly and helpful.
